Purchase Refunds

Returns are easy and hassle-free. If you need to make a return, please send back any unused items within 21 days of purchase. Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 30 days of receipt at our Returns Center.

Please allow a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was a shipping error with your order. Used items are non-refundable unless defective.

To receive a printable return shipping label, you will need to provide the email address associated with the order and the Bali bras order number from your confirmation email.
